Order Quantities

• Perry’s Reserve Wines can only be ordered in quantities of 3, 6, and 12. 

• Each order comes with one complimentary Perry’s Wine Key.

Address Accuracy Matters

• Accurate, up-to-date addresses are critical. FedEx will only release packages containing alcohol to a recipient 21 year or older with a valid ID.
  
                        Can I change my address after I place an order?

• Addresses can be changed before they have shipped. Please reach out to guestrelations@perryssteakhouse.com for assistance.

Gifting

• Gift recipients must be notified in advance to ensure that an individual is present with a valid ID showing they are 21 years or older to sign for the package. 

• When sending gifts, please ensure the address you input is accurate, as package re-routes will incur additional fees.

• If you would like to send gift shipments to multiple addresses, please reach out to guestrelations@perryssteakhouse.com for assistance.

Are there exclusions to discounts & promotions?

• Discounts do not stack: system applies whichever is best.
  

• Promotional offers can be modified or expire at any time.
  

How can I send items as gifts to multiple people?

• When sending gifts to less than five people, you can utilize the multiple address function by clicking 'Are any items in the cart a gift?' on the cart page.

Can you ship wine to my state?

• We can ship to:
  AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY
  

• We are unable to ship to: AK, AL, DE, HI, RI, UT
  
  

• Packages may not be held at a FedEx OnSite (Walgreens) within AR, KS, LA, or ME.

• Packages cannot ship outside the U.S.

When will I receive my order?

• Orders after 2 a.m. → processed next business day.

Can packages be left at the door?

• No. An adult (21+) must sign for alcohol deliveries.
  

• Recommendation: ship to a business address.
  

• Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  

• Couriers attempt delivery 3 times; returned packages → extra shipping charges.
  
  

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

• Submit one order + spreadsheet of addresses → we handle the rest.

Can you ship to military addresses?

• No. USPS is the only courier that ships to military addresses, and they prohibit alcohol shipments.
  
  

Can I ship food from shop.PerrysSteakhouse.com and wine from ShopPerrysWines.com in the same order?

• Because our food and wine are fulfilled by separate partners, your Perry’s Online Market food items and Perry’s Reserve Wine selections will arrive in separate shipments. Each will have its own tracking number and delivery timeline, so you may receive them on different days.
